I couldn’t be more impressed with my GP surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff are welcoming, efficient, and genuinely caring.My GP takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel completely at ease. Appointments are well-organised, and I always feel confident that I’m receiving the best possible care. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and truly grateful for the support they provide. Excellent GP practice. GPs,, Nurses, Reception team, in fact the whole team couldn't be kinder or more caring. Always willing to try to find the right solution IF you work with them. In this day and age it can be hard to find a team who work so hard to make a difference. I would recommend this team to anyone.

I agree 100 % with John , Dr pooly was fantastic however the attitude + overall general rudeness of the secretary's are unreal and they are definitely working in the wrong sector ! .
I was sent by my neurologist as the surgery records / medication / notes all incorrect ! .

When trying to make an appointment asap due to medication ect I was told by the tattooed young girl with the 1980s perm " if your not appy move surgery then ?!! " .

I have since left the surgery and advise you to Avoid at all costs as its gone rapidly down hill !!! .
Similar to a third world Jeremy Kyle show when I attended the " waiting room " !

I strongly advise if you have any ongoing medical issues along with treatment , medication ect, this surgery will make your health 100 % worse !! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Very bad service. This surgery left my old vulnerable father without a GP as they took him off list. They refused to even give medication that he needed urgently and had no sympathy or understanding towards our circumstances

Id like to add that this is the same gp that didn't come out to see my mum when she was severely ill at home, the same illness that led to her death, which was a clear failure of the healthcare system of this GP and the Nottingham hospitals.

This can't continue. Something needs to be done!

I must say all the Doctors are Very caring and keep track of your health I don't think i can find a better Surgery even if I tried not forgetting the Reputation staff they are outstanding 10 out of 10

If I could give it 0 stars I would. For a start I was given medication that worsened my symptoms. And they did not inform me about the side effects what so ever. This GP is a complete utter joke.
