Peter who did the medical was very expanitory and thorough.
Finally Dr Gupta was fantastic giving simple simple advise to work towards improvements and goals.

They're great! I went to do the Be.Motivated health assessment and was met with a warm welcome from reception. Then I went in to do the exam with Sania who was so welcoming, bubbly, and professional.

I recently visited this facility for a Be-Reassured Healthcheck, and I was very impressed. The facility itself was well presented, and clean.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making the check in/out process smooth and welcoming.

The medical team were highly professional and warm in their approach. I had blood taken, something I usually dread but it was completely painless, a testament to the skill of the staff.

The doctor I met was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and incredibly professional which put me at ease.

I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Georgia my health adviser and Dr Mian are so friendly , helpful and incredibly caring. Always a pleasure to see Dr Mian as she absolutely goes the extra mile and not only wants to keep us healthy but also wants to improve our lifestyle.
Also from the moment of arrival at Bupa in spring gardens Manchester the receptionists are so friendly and helpful especially Donny.

I visited Bupa Marble Street today for a Be Ahead health assessment and had a very positive experience. Staff on reception were welcoming and helpful. The health advisor and doctor were both very friendly, took time to ask questions and run through all of the test results while offering valuable advice!

If you can afford not to struggle along at your GP, do not hesitate to book an appointment here. Dr Saira Mian in particular is absolutely incredible. I have been suffering with long term health problems since COVID, and have been ignored and belittled by dozens of specialists over the past 2 years, but she understood exactly what I was talking about within 10 minutes and found reasons for my symptoms that I have not been able to despite a lot of research and many, many other appointments. She is also very warm and funny. I felt 100x better following the appointment, and only wish I had found her sooner. Receptionists are also lovely, environment is really nice. If only the NHS could be funded to this standard!

Utterly rubbish service. We took our daughter here for the diagnosis as she complained about her abdominal pain following booking through BUPA. We paid £140 for an express diagnosis and got a referral letter by the doctor to go to A&E for a scan and test and told us would give us another referral letter if the A&E didn’t do anything. And the A&E didn’t do any scan as per the referral letter. We rang this centre back and asked for another referral letter so we could bring it to our insurer for a scan and subsequent possible treatment and got promised the doctor would send us 2 days after as they didn’t work the next day. 2 days later we called and got told the doctor wasnt in and asked us to wait for the next day. We called by the next day and got told they posted the letter to our GP instead of emailing us as promised. What was that about? we called back in the afternoon and got told they posted on the Bupa portal? We paid for the service so expect the service to be fulfilled. Totally utterly rubbish.

I had previously good experiance with specialist through my company. But when i self funded and went to see dr in morning around 10:30, had a bad experience. Dr was in so hurry to complete 15 minutes check up and put notes in system but she was not focusing what as a patient i was trying to say and explain my health condition. Dr even not asked me simple question what am feeling now or not even in listening mode so i can explain my symptoms.when i try to explain to dr, she keep inturuppting me so i feel so uncomfort.I had good experience with specialist dr before at marble street center and wanted to get bupa medical insurance this time but this second vist and checkup with this dr disappointed me and i decided to go with different company.
