Come here for eye appointments. It's a bit better/quicker than James Cook. It's easier to park, but there needs to be a vending machine or refreshments available to buy. We can be here for more than 2 hours. When at James Cook, the kids get a reward hot chocolate from Costa for being brave (the drops sting a lot).

Myself and my daughter have tried calling Low Grange Health Centre on and off since 9 am this morning and still cannot get through. I have spoken to outpatients on the first floor who tell me they bare nothing to do with the ground floor eye outpatients, another total waste of an equipped facility without being used. Many reviews state fuly equipped and under used faciity, no wonder as you cannot get through!!!!

Absolutely shocking service had 2 appointments canceled only to be told they sent a letter out which was conveniently delivered the day after the appointment and was turned away because we were a few minutes late when we actually got an appointment that wasn't canceled on us
