We love a Copperfields. They take such good care of our friend. You can tell the staff genuinely care for her. She’s always well presented and her room is so homely. Whenever we’re there things seem really organised and calm. Wouldn’t want my friend anywhere else – thank you Copperfield staff.

Although still a new home Copperfields is improving all the time ! It has some really lovely , caring and committed staff. Nurses and managers are truly bothered about the welfare of the people that live there . Hopefully it will continue to develop into an excellent Home

Absolutely disappointed at the service provided. Tried to contact staff member due to family emergency.
Spoke to Gwenn and politely requested to pass message onto SB and emphasised this was an emergency at 1500hrs. Gwenn stated that she would pass the message on and abruptly replied that SB will need to 'finish what she's doing first'. Due to nature of organisation, I respected this and waited for a further two hours with no response.
At 1650hrs called back and spoke to Gwenn again who rudely responded and mentioned she had passed the message onto SB and then quickly retracted and stated that she passed on the message onto another carer. I reiterated that this was an emergency and involved medication and diabetes and needed to speak to SB urgently. Gwenn, was extremely rude and disrespectful and disconnected the call whilst I was speaking.
To say this organisation provides service to people who need complex care, is alarming, with staff so rude and inconsiderate with no consideration to urgency is really upsetting and disappointing

The place is very good, the staff werefantastic and the management is also very good, you don't need to follow any protocol before you can see the manager she is always ready to listen to you.
