Opens at 8am its 8:12 phones still not on. First day in 2 weeks I've been able to wake up before 3pm because of my depression. Trying to get help but long behold I can't because the surgery isn't actually open when they claim to be

Never had a problem with these doctors, until i got pregnant. The midwife was SO rude to me when i called her stating, who gave you my number? don't call me i will call you.... i didn't hear anything from her until i was gone 7 months pregnant and already booked in to have my baby at 37 weeks oh it is all logged as proof, she crammed in said visits in a matter of a couple of weeks that should of happened over a longer period of time.. My next visit consisted of my dismay at the amount of medication in the first baby injection, my baby was 5lb, and they was going to give her the same amount as a 7-8lb baby... when i questioned this i was told to hush hush its ok, even though i was clearly not happy and asked them to do them as a half now and half later, i voiced my concerns but was still approached with the 2nd injection? after being clearly upset, (new mother) i dressed my baby and left the surgery. I was then presented with a letter in the post and told i would need a security guard to attend the surgery again. Trust me i had not abused anyone at that point or anyone else after 5 previous children and at 40years old was in absolute shock. after talking to neighbour's and replying to the surgery in regards of a response letter to my experience, i was told to leave the surgery. if i didn't like it. Absolutely disgusting, would encourage anyone who has the choice to go elsewhere or just be aware of my story.Do not be afraid to speak up, but beware may cause you stress at this surgery. avoid 100%

They inserted the wrong coil. In the wrong position with lead me to have an awful time removing it. It was the most painful experience. They said they were inserting the non hormonal coil as me and hormones don’t mix! The nurse fitting my coil said that this coil will mean I don’t have periods. Which was a lie. I had the most painful periods leaving me in tears. When i and the coil romoved the coil was pierced into my vaginal wall which was why the process was so painful. Please do something to fix this.
All the information I was given was all the wrong way around.

My choice is that dr richard aww is a terrible doctor and doesnt listen to a word i say as i wanted stronger painkillers for my back as i have got sciatica and he just doesnt listen the receptionists and dr keene and dr lefroy are brilliant doctors id advice to go see them not richard aww
