All the staff are always very helpful and professional. The GPs make the time to listen even though they are under immense pressure like the rest of the healthservice. I know I could take any concern to my GP and be treated with respect and dignity.
The staff on the reception are always kind and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this surgery at all.

I am shocked with the negative comments. I have been with this surgery since I was a child. I have never met a rude member of staff. The staff from Doctors, nurses, receptionist, treatment room Nurses and any other staff members I have met in all this time have been amazing and helpful. If I could give more stars I would, as I have not met a member of staff that does not got the extra mile if they could. Thank you to all the staff members.

Have been with this surgery from the beginning and nearly everyone from my extended family is too. From all the negative comments I cannot believe this is the same practice they are reviewing. All the reception staff are lovely and helpful will try their best to accomodate your request the same day if urgent. As for the GPS and nurses they are fantastic too will always see urgent cases that day. Will always go above and beyond to facilitate appointments either telephone or face to face contact even over covid. Well done Victoria surgery

Literally the worst care I’ve ever received. No communication and then I am blamed for their mistakes. Rude staff as well. This week my brother passed away, I called last week to fill prescriptions- they said they would be ready- I went to pick them up and they said they needed me to come in 4 hours later for a re-evaluation. I explained the circumstances and that the funeral is tomorrow morning- made ZERO difference to them. They would not issue scripts and would not schedule me an earlier appointment. So, I am to miss time with my relatives, just so they can ask me the same questions they did a few months ago when I first came into their care. JOKE!!! COMPLETELY CARELESS- WITHDRAWN AND UNACCEPTABLE!

Most of the staff I have encountered have been rude and seem to have no understanding or sympathy for those with anxiety or any other mental health issues for that matter, none of this has changed in over a year and I'm happy I'm going to be moving to a different practice.
