I spoke to receptionist Ahmed on the phone, who was the rudest person I have ever encountered. For a GP receptionist he should at least show some care but he was incredibly rude and actually quite nasty to me. I asked for an apology after his comments made and he said “Ha! Absolutely not! Is there anything else?” - a formal complaint will be made following this.

1 star is too much for them.

Arrogant Dr who talks over you and does not let you speak - they also put the phone down on me

Repeat prescriptions repeatedly sent to the wrong place

Prescriptions not sent within 48 hours despite this being their time frame

Waited for callbacks to not receive them

One of the receptionists is incredibly rude, the others genuinely don't seem to give a toss.

Dr told me to find another practice which I will gladly do.

For these to be in charge of your health is dangerous, it makes you wonder how many people have suffered because of their failures

I wish I could give zero stars. I phoned at 8am this morning on behalf of a friend I was second in the queue, 25 minutes later I got a telephone appointment for today. At 3pm I rang back to check the telephone appointment was going ahead & telephone number for myself to contact the patient was correct. I was told yes it can be up until 8pm tonight and the correct number was confirmed & yet... No telephone call. I've sat with this vulnerable patient all day as they have no other access to a phone. Totally unacceptable. Where is the duty of care... I only hope whoever is responsible for this incompetence never finds themselves or a loved one receiving this kind of neglect

Terrible.

If you need to book an appointment, good luck.
If you need to call reception, good luck.
If you need a repeat prescription, good luck.
If you need to follow up on blood tests, good luck.
If you order medication online because you can't get in contact with anyone in the building, good luck, you'll be waiting at least a week for the GP to sign off on it.

At the time of writing I've been getting the line busy tone for approximately 5 hours and all I need is for the GP to approve my repeat prescription online for my inhaler. It's not like I need a preventer right?

If I'm still with this GP by the end of February I'd like to say refer me for my head checking but I'm not sure they'd get round to it.

The worst experience of my life was with this GP, which normally should have been closed long ago.
Although my little girl (3-4 years at that time) was sick for a long period (2 years) and we visited the clinic countless of times, they didn't send her to be tested. Additionally, due to their incompetence and ignorance, they misdiagnosed her twice and gave her wrong treatment, which worsen her condition. (Now she is much better because we ask for help in our origin country).
I also filed a complain but nothing yet. It's as if they want this kind of useless, unqualified, miserable staff in the sistem.

The worst and most unprofessional surgery. No one answers, so I drive over EVERY time and no one can give an answer to an appointment query. Cannot find my infant on the system ever. Took 3 times driving over to ensure she was actually registered despite filling the forms in and handing them in. Granted the lad on the front is very young but that doesn’t help if you are not fully trained and confident when people have questions. Surely he should be shadowed? No one is ever on the desk when you go there so no wonder the phones never answered. Yet to have actually got an appointment for my child’s 1st lot of needles despite going over and ringing multiple times and she is now 3 weeks over due.

I'm leaving this review as after quite a few days I finally got through on the phone!!! After listening to endless music and being cut off continually at the 17 minutes mark. I haven't been into the surgery since July 2021 to see the copd nurse. After missing several calls from her she left a voicemail to ring and make an appointment to see her I have been a patient since they opened the doors in November 1995 and was a patient before they moved here. The decline of this surgery has been very noticeable after you have been a patient for over 30 years all together. Dr El Sayed has grown more and more abrupt and can be quite intimidating when your Ill. Dr Hamid puts you more at ease and is very understanding with my adult son who has mental health problems. I live a good distance away but am reluctant to change doctors because of this. I may add I give Caroline 5 stars she is a wonderful receptionist.
