I came for a short break to Tynemouth but managed to leave my medication at home. I contacted NHS 111 who fixed it for me, on a Sunday afternoon, to collect a replacement from this pharmacy. The staff phoned me as soon as the NHS had asked them to put my medication together. I was able to collect my prescription straight away. The pharmacy staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. Got issued with a £100 fine from prescription pricing agency because this pharmacy filled in my prescription, saying I was entitled to free prescriptions. Luckily the PPA closed the case when I provided them a bank statement showing that I had paid for my prescription. I have since changed my pharmacy. If you use this pharmacy, keep your receipts as you will need them!
