This place is very dodgy, instead of using the product they only inject saline when you go for anti wrinkle top ups. To be honest I think they might be even using some cheap unlicenced products there, they always put a licenced product in sight for you to think that's what they use, but I doubt it, they prepare things behind your back so you actually have no idea what they use on you at the end of the day... Don't risk your face/health there, not worth it.

This 'clinic' use the cheapest anti wrinkle products with NO results! You also end up with bruise all over your face, so you basically pay to have black and blue marks, shame on Graham - the owner of the clinic!

What a great great service! All staff are very friendly and helpful. The two dentists I had were very professional and brilliant at their job.

I was in to get my front teeth aligned properly and I genuinely could not be happier with the results. Exactly what I hoped for!

Had orthodontic braces fitted by Graham. Top and bottom. Bottom set was completed in 6 months, the top set has taken a few months longer. Great job, delighted with the result and the price was considerably less than I'd been quoted at other orthodontists. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Have no problems recommending.

I've been using fresh faced for about 4 years now.

I've had botox and lip fillers and I've been so pleased everytime.

I don't like needles and I honestly and treated so kindly, never rushed and spoken through each step with so much patience.

I love this place! My friend Alana told me about it so went because every time I put make up on you could see the cracks from my forehead etc well best decision I’ve ever made!!! And never ever thought I would get my lips done but glad I did! I have Now got my next appointment booked.

And graham is extremely good and very professional! Will always make sure it’s him I am booked with.

P.s if you are getting your lips done for the first time don’t bother with numbing cream! I had mines on for 6 - 7 hours and felt everything lol I would suggest numbing injection that’s what I am going for next. Unless you can handle it, I personally can’t lol but that’s me. Everyone is different.

My lips turned out beautiful and I was extremely happy with them.

I’m totally disgusted in the bad customer service I have received from Graham in Edinburgh,I have had Botox from him on a couple of occasions and it worked fine but on this occasion I still had movement in a couple of areas and I have come back three times to get top ups which have not worked, on this occasion the fourth time Graham said he wouldn’t top it up again unless I paid for it, why would I pay for something that hasn’t worked three times before? I’m realy disgusted in his attitude and I would not recommend fresh faced for Botox as it doesn’t work!

Fantastic place - grehamme is ace at what he does - I've had so many compliments on my new lip fillers - I really like them myself - I'm planning to have my teeth straightened and veneered next - the reviews have really helped - also the prices are very ethical .... I mean who wouldn't !!!! More often than not the clinic has many people waiting to see grehamme - that's obviously a good sign - the reviews have helped me decide that this is the place for my dental work
