I had Broken down during peak hour traffics in A1 northbound Newark. I had my recovery cover from hadleigh recovery under my insurance and I got recover by Burrows flatbed operator Dan. He went out of his way, working past his 12 hour shift to help me, to get me and my vehicle to Preston . Thanks Dab and Burrows..keep it up good job

Professionally attended by the recovery team after my car wouldn't start (at east midlands airport), after returning from a holiday abroad, in the very early hours of a Sunday morning. Andy was very professional and understanding and quickly identified a loose battery terminal, which he sorted and got me on my way.
Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend these guys.

I had a very positive experience this afternoon. Broken down during peak traffics in a live lane. Traffic offical was very helpful (didnt get his name unfortunately) and so was the Burrows flatbed operator Mark B. Mark went out of his way, working past his 12 hour shift to help me, to get me and my vehicle to safety. Thanks Mark B and Burrows.. good work!!

Burrows recovered my vehicle after breaking down and the RAC were going to take an hour to recover it but the police wanted it gone sooner. It took all of 5 minutes for the car to be put on the back of the trailer and driven off, with the only communication being "our yard at 9am yeah". I rang Burrows at 9am the next day to pay over the phone as my breakdown cover were collecting it to take it to a garage. I was told it couldn't be collected until I had shown documentation (not told what documentation over the phone). I asked if I could email the documentation and was told no. I asked how am I meant to bring the documents if I have no car and i was told "that sounds like a you problem". When I eventually arrived with the documents I was told to wait outside for 20 minutes as there was supposedly a queue. I was the only person in the area. When handing over the documents I was made to feel belittled and the staff were very rude, and to top it off I paid £192 for the pleasure of it all.

Superbe service from Burrows! Off out in my car with a small trailer to collect an eBay purchase, but only a few miles into the trip, there was a bang, and total loss of drive. Was lucky to be able to stop in a safe place and called LV Britannia who I use for breakdown cover. LV Britannia sent Burrows. Swift call back, professional and polite on the phone. Recovery driver was excellent! Loaded and home super quickly, and the driver went above and beyond to help, very much appreciated.

Car died 20 odd miles from home, green flag sent Burrows Recovery LTD out to me, first engineer came out to assess, said the car needed recovering, he went on his PDA got me all booked in a left. I got a text saying about 90 mins till recovery could get to me so I was like ok no worries, 20 minutes later Tristan pulls up hooks my car up and lets me get inside the warm truck. I need to say this clearly, I don’t get into cars with men I don’t know and I was anxious but had no other way of getting home, Tristan was the nicest human I’ve ever met, he spoke to me the entire way home telling me about his family and his knowledge of cars he really put me at ease. I was home quickly and efficiently I can not thank this company enough if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
