I would rate it 0 star's if I could they are always late they don't believe me when I tell them about my medical problems and it goes on and on I am leaving them soon as I have had enough am moving to a different care home

Found the carers to be very unsentative when it came to looking after my dad. They did what was just required, very basic. At the end of my dad's life we had a night sitter who came in and slept, Instead of taking care of dad. Day shift wouldnt even talk to him while doing the basics. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who has a family member in palative care at home!

They say to me that they know what triggers me to self harm but they still keep doing it plus they don't do thare job properly leaving me in a dirty pad what got poo in because of this my mental health is getting worse and worse everyday I already got server depression they are making it worse plus Gi Gi and some of the other staff shout at me you know what am going to take this plus they keep putting me with the staff who got me angry and upset I cut myself they been told not to put her on with me ever again by my sister but they don't listen to court

Carers are constantly arriving late, also the company only seem to have 1 phone line which is constantly busy

It's a shame that you can't give less than one stars.

Company is a shamble. Carers late over a hour and leave early. Client has faced neglect and dangerous care, being held down during a seizure, being pushed in the the road multiple times due to the lack on control by the carer pushing wheelchair.

Another carer trying to take food and drink away from client as taking too long to eat and drink and wanted to leave soon, (she was over 60mins late for shift so at time had about 90minutes before she was due to leave)

This company agreed to take on complex care client without even doing a formal assessment. Has not complied with any of agreement needed or request like a rota of staff and timings.

They aheb been reported to CQC and will await formal outcomes but will be leaving company in less then 24 hours time for safety and abuse reasons .
