Changed to a different pharmacy, my wife used to have all her prescriptions filled here. I've been looked at gone out because I am collecting her prescription for her and been questioned on it (I could understand if it was something like pain killers but what they think I would want norethisterone for I don't know). They insisted a prescription had been collected when it hadn't and she had to go back to the GP for a replacement. She used to get the prescription every 18 days, never received a full prescription always something out of stock. My son had one done last week it was sent here, 3 items, 1 was out of stock.

We have found that more recently since the changeover from Lloyds chemists the service is excellent, our prescriptions are ready and waiting when we go in so no longer have to wait for them to be made up just straight in and out. The staff seem much more relaxed and now have time to help you more, just a much much better experience.

Mum's prescription drugs are delivered regularly by the lovely delivery driver who is always on time and very kind. Recently I had occasion to ring the pharmacy and the staff were extremely helpful sorting out Mum's drugs so she had them for her holiday. Thank you very much.
