I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care Primeway Care provided for my late grandmother. The carers were absolute angels – so kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making sure she was comfortable and well-cared for every day. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference during a difficult time.
The office staff were equally amazing, providing unwavering support from day one. They went above and beyond to ensure my grandmother received the best care possible, including making GP appointments when she was ill and coordinating with community nurses whenever she needed additional support.
I would highly recommend Primeway Care to anyone looking for kind and reliable carers for their elderly relatives. They made a challenging time much easier, and I will always be thankful for the care and kindness they showed my grandmother.

My dad gets care here, the staff are really professional and obtain excellent communication skills throughout the process, and built good relations with my dad. The office staff have also been so supportive and professional in their work. Highly recommend

Awful, awful, awful! Please avoid this company I beg you. The care they have given my grandad is absolutely disgusting. Luckily we have a ring doorbell and average visits are less than 4 minutes. Horrendous “care” I could go on for ages! No uniform, unprofessional, don’t do anything for my grandad, leave him starving. We’ve had to come down every weekend to cook for him after they leave. Cancelling this horrific company, should be shut down!!

The service that they had provided for my mum was exceptional. I had so much help from the care coordinators too + answered any questions I had. Prime way kept me in the loop and I would definitely recommend this to everyone 🙂 .

Not a good experience. The care was for my mum who has MND, we had a couple of occasions of the care person arriving late at a time we hadn’t arranged, EVERY visit was rushed, on one occasion my mum asked for a hair wash and was told no, you’ll have a hair wash tomorrow, the care person also wouldn’t lift the toilet seat when emptying the commode and so it would leave the toilet seat soiled, also the care person had broken English and so communication was often difficult. It just felt like a badly ran service overall so we have cancelled using them after just one week.

Wonderful carers, the care provided to my mother was amazing. I’ve never had any problems communicating with the company, they have never fallen short in providing the best service to my mother.

Do not understand the definition of "Care" as definitely not delivered with our family member.
Untrustworthy , dishonest and very unexperienced staff that were assigned to our family member ?
