No duty of care in this place leave patients siting hours on end don't even off them pain relief 0% clue in whats going on and make out like they have to email a doctor from the front desk to ask how long till they see a patient the doctor must have been in a different country like i was, maybe thats why they didnt bother to see me to be fair castle gate member of staff come over and asked if i was ok as id been sat waiting since 8 in the morning she came at half 10 thanks for that but annat bank was just a waste of my time thanks alottt didnt even want to give one star

25yrs I have been with this practice so giving an honest review.
Patient care and empathy went out of the window.
No follow ups or investigations, in fact its looking at the wall clock and punching in notes into a computer. Confidential medical files missing from my medical files and not one person was bothered about this.
I sat in on an appointment with my Daughter as her human rights were not being met, she was told by Dr Ireland if she did not like it she could move to a different practice. Wow
Their manager certainly puts her nasty personality into her job not professional at all. Complaint after complaint just went unresolved to the point I had to complain further to health authority and Ombudsman and still nothing was done, that was also a waste of time.
They even stopped me from de-registering with another practice until May.
Best way to resolve this is to leave their practice. Go to a lawyer and also get a copy of your medical files. And go to the media.

Useless. A catalogue of errors and shocking patient management. Sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. Only doing phone consultations. One supposed to be today between 9 - 11am. Locum GP finally rang at 5pm, to be told they couldn't be bothered to do anything. For a patient with ADHD, that's their day completely ruined. Found out today the reception team failed to call for an ambulance for a patient suffering cardiac arrest in their carpark.

I've been hear a few times and while your service is good when dealing with my little boy its not with me.
Any time I have been to an appointment i feel like your kicking me out the door the min I've sat down. I have yet to have practical treatment when I have come in and from now on I'll need to be almost dead before i come back and even then I doubt I would get treatment. I'll probably just go to the hospital going forward and not give much thought to any day to day medical problems I have as you just don't seem to care.

I have now become so disappointed at the complete lack of care i have left this doctor's surgery and am now content not having a doctor because its the same result as having one.... no treatment nore do they care.

Just wanted to commend you all for the smooth running of the flu jab programme in these challenging times.
Also the district nurses for delivering this to vulnerable people in the community.
Also the receptionists who are dealing with all the calls, and having to work within the current guidelines, which is making their job more challenging.
