A now ex employee and volunteer stole thousands of pounds worth of camera equipment from a non profit I founded and run.

The police are unwilling to come see us have asked to do stuff online which then misses context and fails to give a full picture resulting in them doing absolutely nothing.

This has left my company losing £5000 worth of camera equipment the thief now gets to keep and use for free.

I have now lost all hope in any kind of help from the police and now really am starting to understand why so many have lost all confidence in police.

I am now one of those people who have no confidence whatsoever in the police.

The woman I just spoke with was rude, very unhelpful and not willing to do much of anything my non prpfit can not afford to replace the equipment which has a direct impact on our ability to operate properly.

If you are a business there is very little the police will do to assist in these instances. The police used to be different but now I am wondering what is the point in even having them anymore.

No need to respond to me on here you have made it clear already it is OK for someome to get away with stealing thousanda of pounda worth of equipment without consequences.

Thanks for nothing. I will be in touch with the local MP regarding this.

There's around 30 of you today at Eastbourne station checking for drugs. Why don't you deal with actual criminals and crimes instead of harassing civilians on their way to work? Half of your officers are sitting around drinking coffee doing nothing. This is why the police aren't trusted. Absolutely useless, the lot of you.

I recently visited this police station, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff was neither professional not helpful, which made me question their commitment to serving the community. I had hoped for a more respectful and supportive interaction, but I left feeling let down and frustrated.

Today i lost all my hope about the police. They are just regular people working. I asked solution for an incident about a cctv camera and they just told they cannot help at all. Was several times, in 2 days the footage gonna be deleted nor the police nor the place when the incident happened cannot do nothing about the footage so the actuall proof gonna be lost. Thank you for your kind help. If being scammed by a big insurance company is not a crime then i don’t know what to say. Thanks again

Sussex police have allowed a man to abuse, harass and threaten my daughter for ten months throughout her pregnancy and now with her baby in arms. Endless hours of cctv, screenshots and recordings and still police do nothing. Just what do abusive men have to do nowadays to be arrested, kill a young woman Because sadly one day this abusive man or his followers which he calls to harm my daughter will do something serious. Where is her protection, we've been begging for it for ten months He has an unhealthy obsession with my daughter. Stalks her, watches her, swears at her, threatens her. Police are not fit for purpose, you are disgraceful and the most disappointing bit is where do the public turn to complain, as PSD don't give two hoots neither.
