I’m so pleased with everything, and consider ourselves lucky that my Sister is at Fenchurch House.
Always very welcoming, and most important, my Sister is looked after so well.
I brought my eldest Sister to reunite after 10 years, and the 3 of us had a lovely meal together. (The beef and sauce was absolutely delicious and so tender) .

My mother is in Fenchurch House Care Home. She has dementia. When she first settled in she loved sitting out in the garden and having a coffee with visitors and other residents. The staff were either there or within direct sight. So many homes we looked at did not encourage outside time. Fenchurch do. They also care about the visiting family too.
Now her dementia is far more advanced, mum is bed bound. She has always had a lovely spacious room with en-suite shower room, a window to the garden and a tv. She is cared for, rested, and we have no worries. If a medical issue arises, we know, are consulted and have reassurance. She is in the best place for her later years and it remains a delight to visit. It has a family feel while always professional and caring.

Wow! Hard to believe this is a care home it seems more like a 5 star hotel. The facilities available for those lucky enough to live here include bowling alley, cinema room, craft room and a downstairs bar. A cordon bleu chef provides your food and a piano is also there on site.
