Absolute shambles, they (bin men) get paid decent wages but they can’t even do what they are paid for, they run around, miss bins just to get home early, left a email they were going to pick up missed cardboard, just had a reply they missed AGAIN(can’t make it up)tried phone but of course to worried to talk

I contacted Bromley Veolia after a failed black bag collection , after 8 WHOLE DAYS TRYING to get a response via the Bromley Council website ( do NOT whatever you do BOTHER with that! ) As after 8 days of FRUSTRATION and no joy whatsoever I spoke to the manager of Bromley Veolia in TEARS and she was absolutely LOVELY and sorted out my problem within MINUTES after a whole 8 days doing it the way 'I thought I should' to no avail and to the point I NEARLY paid someone to take away the missed collection for me as I had 2 bags of smelly rubbish taking over my kitchen with a DISABLED CHILD IN THE HOUSE and I had no room in my outdoor bin of course and the FOXES would strew it everywhere if I left it outside but Bromley Council DID NOT CARE ONE BIT and Veolia DID and it is not about a company occasionally making a mistake it is about how professionally and courteously they RECTIFY it and I cannot fault Bromley Veolia customer service at ALL ( and the very first lady I spoke to who put me through to the manager deserves a mention for her absolute LOVELINESS AS WELL! <3 xx )
