I have been going through the process of a dental implant at Smiles of Lymington and cannot praise Dr Mahesh Nagpal and his team enough. Due to childhood dental trauma I delayed this procedure for years but after a consultation with him I was put at ease, a programme of visits was arranged, and I have now had the major element of the procedure completed, with no complications, no trauma and most importantly No Pain!
All appointments are carried out, on time every time, the aim of the visit is clearly explained and then the procedures are carried out in a calm and pain free manner.
I’m over the moon so far and now just have to wait a couple of months for the implant to knit, and then after 7 years of a missing tooth I’ll have my full smile back.

I used to only go to the dentist when absolutely necessary but now I attend regularly because the dentists at Smiles are friendly, patient, understanding and gentle. They are also extremely competent and professional. I am very grateful to them.

I was very happy, with my appointment, I was getting into a right sate before.
I was able to relax, and the dentist listened to what I was saying, and explained everything to me. I'm sorry I can't remember the dentist name.
But top marks, for being kind and reassuring me, he will be able to make me smile again.

I visited Smiles in Lymington yesterday and was very impressed. To start, the reception team were very friendly and helpful. I then had my appointment with Shanaka and Sushant, both of whom were extremely welcoming and polite. Shanaka was very clear in explaining my treatment to me, giving me different options and explaining each one thoroughly. I’m sure not many people look forward to visiting the dentist, me included, but the staff here made my experience calm, friendly and very easy. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you Smiles! 🙂

Both myself and my husband consider ourselves very fortunate to have such professional, caring and skilled dentists.
We have been patients for many years and have always received first class treatment as NHS and private dentistry patients.
The whole team including reception staff and hygienist are always friendly and supportive, we can strongly recommend Smiles of New Forest and we are so grateful to them.
Today I have had to have emergency treatment and the whole experience was fantastic, an appointment was available for later in the day and the treatment (as always) was excellent. I am quite nervous and hearing impaired and I was put at ease straight away. My lovely dentist is always gentle and extremely skilled in her work.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff at smiles of new forest. Recently I have needed to make several appointments and every single member of staff have gone above and beyond to help me.
The reception staff always do everything in their power to ensure I am seen quickly by one of their highly skilled dentists.
The practice is always clean and well presented.

4 fillings in one sitting! Two were located at the back of the mouth - tricky to get at, and 2 were nearer the front. All repair work was carefully undertaken, with excellent team work between Saurabh and MK during the treatment. My appointment was booked through the receptionist Kasia. Many thanks to all for a job well done and see you again in 6 months.
