I orderd a vase from Charlotte Interiors, but unfortunately the glaze was cracked when it arrived. I contacted Charlotte and sent a picture of the damage. Without hesitation I was refunded in full. Sadly it was the last vase so I was unable to have it replaced. From ordering, through a speedy dispatch, to arranging a refund, the service I received was excellent, very professional. I would recommend using this company and will definitely use them again. Thanks Charlotte.

Charlotte's Interiors is no longer based here. It is now a lovely little coffee shop, selling light lunches, hot & cold drinks and cakes.

At the beginning of January my wife ordered a Soft Blue Ceramic Lamp with a Linen Shade online from Charlotte's Interiors.
She is delighted with her purchase. It was very reasonably priced and she received free postage. Charlotte kindly held on to the lamp before posting out at a convenient date.

AVOID. Ordered a bar-stool which arrived in a very poor state and broke almost immediately on use. (Something like 3-4 uses). I emailed to politely notify of the faulty item and despite lots of apologies I was advised of a "No Refunds after 14 days" policy... followed by flat out refusal to resolve. The item received was far from representative of the item purchased and I am now being forced to claw back payment through my card issuer. Absolute nightmare. Steer clear. Very unhappy customer.

Lovely shop in hellifield, some really stunning quality pieces for the home or as gifts and at great prices. The lady behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. I brought two lanterns and I love them. I will be back.
