I really don't understand what's happened to this medical centre - you literally cannot get an appointment. When I physically popped in to see if the receptionist could book me an appointment she said she was not allowed because they would be overwhelmed with patients. There was literally not a single person in the surgery. Very very odd. I was told to use their app to book, that was over a month ago and I've still not received an appointment to see my GP.

Appointments take anywhere between a week to three weeks - about as useful as a waterproof teabag. Had to call 111 in the end as I could not get through to the surgery for two days. 111 were incredible and advised I would get an appointment within 12 hours, due to the nature of my issue. Call came through five days later. I have never known such poor service in my entire life. Reception staff all need re-training on the very basics of communicating and empathy, and their business model desperately needs reviewing. Possibly the most useless medical centre in the UK.

I think this surgery and NHS 111 need to communicate and decide what they can and cannot offer. NHS 111 said I would get an appointment via the surgery calling me the next morning as was out of hours. I didn’t get a call or an appointment, yet over a week later they message on MyGP to ask if I need an appointment still Told them no as the problem resolved itself in the time I was left waiting to basically be told it’s my fault for not ringing them directly. I thought my surgery in Bristol was a bit naff but this surgery isnt giving me the best impression considering this was my first interaction!

Very rude receptionist. Tone of voice was absolutely discusting. Joined because I was told they were good. Even had a doctor just stop vital medication without seeing me or discussing it with me. Rubbish at repeat prescriptions not sending them through. A waist of time, probably die before I get what I need out of them. Do not join go somewhere good and who gives a monkeys.

Absolute shambles of a surgery, Will Paxton is incompetent and recording appointments on his mobile phone Why would a GP need to record appointments on his phone? I asked for a blood test as I am ill which i waited 3 weeks to say this, his reply was it doesn't work like that and that he would be in contact in a few months to book a blood test.

Shockingly bad. We’ve recently moved in the area and could not get an appointment for my 3 year old boy with an ear infection. Rang in the morning. Could not get through for 2 hours. Then said they would call back for an appointment and they haven’t. I’m really angry that this is the service, we are likely to have to take him to A&E instead.
The worst gp I have ever signed up to.

Not used a GP for some years and what a shock to see how far the standards have been dropped. Everyone is just doing their job and thats the problem. I feel sorry for the staff, what a embarrassment and shameful way to earn a living.

I know there are occasions things dont go according to plan and I genuinely can say there's been occasions in the past that I wouldn't agree with my own review!
But recognition/praise needs to be given!

Our teen daughter unfortunately not been well, and the care, kindness, compassion showned to her and ourselves as parents has been outstanding ❤️
From 2 lovely receptionists (sorry I am rubbish with names) to nurses and Dr.
I would like to say a big THANK YOU! Only 2 words but it means so much!!
