I embarked on this course as a mother of 2 young children, to understand and help them deal with grief. To learn the best ways to talk to them about their feelings and help them cope with grief which in turn will help them as the grow into adults. This course not only enabled me to do this but has helped me deal and live with grief I didn’t know I was living with! Sara Louise is a compassionate, empathetic person.
