Carers are lovely, shame the management is such a waste of space. Registered manager don't know any policies or procedures. All you get is I don't know. Care manager ain't much better. Dad's hospital bed malfunctioned, carers reported to care manager at 5pm. I'm there at 8 and he's just been left in pain, scrunched up. Had to get call out myself to get it sorted. Management is an absolute joke.
