Made a atrocious mistake with the contract. The venue had an exclusive agreement with another vendor that wasn't disclosed before i signed. MADE OUR CONTRACT VOID AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS ON SITE. Resulting in having to exit the site early and loss of money. Negligent company. The only positive, the sales accountant was good and responded on time.

Shocking experience. Hired a stall in Bradford. We were promised certain criteria that wasn't met and then to top it off our stall was handed to another company on a Saturday.

One thing we would advise is stay away at all costs. Any promises they make are false and misinformation. Any lie to get a sale complete.

My Experience with Shoppertaiment

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Shoppertaiment. I paid for a specific location in the shopping center, only to find no one there upon my arrival. There was a complete lack of support, and I was left to manage the situation on my own.

To make matters worse, I was then asked to relocate because nearby shops complained about my presence. This reflects poorly on your organization, which seems more focused on taking customers’ money than on ensuring a satisfactory experience.

I own a small Photography Business and have worked with these guys a few times and always had an issue , they are very unprofessional.

The Management are really all over the place.

I am now feeling very stressed , being told I cannot book another centre and they are taking me to court, for a mistake they made. I have emails to prove it was their mistake while I had to cancel my booking at Green Oaks Shopping Centre in Widnes.

Avoid at all costs, sell you the dream but retract everything. Once you're in you have 0 support and they find ways to kick you out and keep full payment (against their own terms) Legal robbery is the best description for this company in my opinion - avoid using

I've had very good experience with shoppertainment. Everyone here is friendly Lyndsey especially is very helpful, she's always in search for better sites and opportunities for our business which I'm very grateful of. Communication both verbally and formally have been a great experience too! I would recommend them certainly! 🙂

Absolutely horrific experience with this company.

Spoke to someone about renting spaces in my local shopping centre. They had me put down as first refusal as I helped them stop a scam of someone subletting. So while I went to get my details to sign the contract, they went behind my back and gave the spacing to someone else. This was the pay back to me after I helped them stop a scam in my community. Google needs to invent a 0 star rating coz frankly that's what you deserve.
