Great surgery, always manage to squeeze us in when we’ve needed timely care for our baby. The online consultation option is great too for non-urgent enquiries. Thank you for being there for our son.

Appointment was made for 9.30. 47 minutes later. Still waiting. No explanation as to why the wait is so long. Hardly anyone here.

Well done everyone at South Hermitage for a superbly run flu clinic yesterday. In and out in 5 minutes with my disabled mother-in-law. Smiles and a friendly welcome from the staff, and I was told they had 660 patients booked in. Great job!

I had to visit the surgery yesterday. I called at 8.30 and was offered an appointment at 9.45am. Although running a little late I was happy to be seen. My appointment was with Lisa Guildford practice nurse and all I can say was she was excellent. Thorough check over empathetic to my concerns and requirements and I felt the most listened to in a look time.

I came in yesterday to see a lovely nurse and also spoke to a polite receptionist about how I need to switch surgeries due to me changing address, to which I have started the process.
HOWEVER, today (16th Aug) I have been rung up by an extremely rude receptionist stating I have not been replying to any of her messages, that I must have got them as they were sent to the phone that she is ringing me on today ect. Before I even said goodbye she hung up.
I have been at this GP practice my entire life and was so shocked at how I was spoken to on the phone today. Extremely unprofessional.

A bit hit and miss with the service. Sometimes they are very unhelpful and sometimes they can't do enough for you. Some of the doctors are very cold-mannered and there is one receptionist, I believe shes called Rose(?) who is extremely rude and belittling every time I speak to her and I know other people have said the same. She sounds like an older lady so many its a generation thing, but its just unneeded, specially when you ring doctors for embarrassing/personal/private issues. Just doesn't make you feel good. the other receptionists are really nice though. The opening times are also incorrect online. it says you open at 8, however, when i rung just now, an automated voice said its 8.30.
