I took my Mum to Vauxhall practise this week.
Mum was treated
by Steve and also Tracy.
The treatment ,at very short notice ,from start to finish was fantastic. My Mum was treated with compassion and the treatment was so thorough and professional.
The receptionist was friendly and very helpful.
I do not normally write reviews but the team at Vauxhall work so hard and deserve to be appreciated.

Really great service at Vauxhall! Completed a klinik consult online at 08.00 and was offered a face-to-face appointment for 10.00 the same day. Reception team are always friendly and welcoming. The GPs and nurses I've seen take the time to listen and don't rush through the consultations.

This is the worst surgery ever what ever you do keep well away from the surgery Lee from this surgery spoke discustly about me and dose not care at all about patients and all staff at this surgery don't care at all is the worst surgery in llanelli area and if I could get away from this surgery I would 😢

The doctors are lovely, patient and understanding.
The receptionists are rude and refuse to listen to any complaints regarding their website. They just insist on you using their online forms, which often DO NOT WORK.

Also, if you use Pharmacy2U to get your prescriptions, it is completely unusable with this practise, as they aren't linked. Something I found out rather abruptly.

Filled in the online form at 8.10am, saw a fantastic paramedic called Becky, took my first antibiotic pill at 10.30am. Now that is amazing service! I've always had amazing treatment from Vauxhall. Thank you for all you do 🙂

once you can actually access this ridiculous online system as I've tried now several times and it's allways unavailable. Why is it that you feel pushed away at every attempt to just talk to someone. It's an awful system designed to be more efficient but clearly does the opposite. However I have seen some amazing health care professionals once I've managed to wade through the buracraticly intransigent and inhumane system.not patient friendly and a definitely not for our older generation.

I rarely leave reviews but having read some of the other reviews, I felt compelled to do so after my experience with the practice this week. I agree that getting through can be challenging but disagree that the receptionists are rude; I have been a patient here for 3.5yrs and have only found one who could perhaps do with improving her bedside manner; all of the others have been helpful and polite.

I had a consultation with a Senior Nurse whom I have seen before, and once again he was absolutely lovely. He was sympathetic but sensible and I had complete confidence in him; I couldn’t be happier with my treatment.

In my experience, the people in this practice are professional and helpful; no small thing considering what they have been working through for the last 18mths.

I had an appointment at the surgery yesterday, where I had to see the nurse (we share the same birthday). I have to give a shout out to her, as she was absolutely amazing and helped with so much reassurance!! I can't praise her enough!

My wife and i have been patients attending the Vauxhall Surgery for close on 50 years. Clearly there have been changes but always for the better.
Neither of us have ever experienced other than perfect and remarkable treatment from both reception and medical staff. In general appointments are offered either instantly or within a day or so. In the interests of providing a complete overview of the practice I must add that never in my or my wife's experience has the smallest mistake been made.
