Had such an amazing experience during my private 3D sca at the Baby Suite! The staff were absolutely wonderful from start to finish- especially the lovely woman at reception (Michelle?) and Jason our sonographer. My little one decided to be shy and didn't want to show their face but Jason was so understanding and kindly offered another appointment to try again, which I really appreciated! Baby suite have been amazing. I would recommend their services to any expectant parents. Jason and the Ladies have been so calm, kind, patient and extremely professional. We have been on the scan journey with them from six weeks of pregnancy and they make you feel at ease and reassured. Truly a fantastic place to see your little one!!!! This is our second visit to the baby suite and omg Jason the sonographer is wonderful! So patient and compassionate and really takes his time to talk you through what he’s seeing. He showed us our little one’s heartbeat and little feet and hands. It was an absolute joy! So kind and reassuring. The space is calm and peaceful. Will absolutely be back!

I was so nervous before my scan, but the team was absolutely wonderful. They made me feel calm and supported throughout the whole experience. When the baby’s position didn’t allow for clear pictures, they kindly offered me another scan to try again. We chose the 4D Platinum package and it was worth every penny. Jason, who carried out the scan, was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything we could see on the screen in such detail and really took his time with us. He went above and beyond trying different techniques to encourage our little one to show his face, which sadly he kept covering, but the effort Jason put in was incredible. He still managed to get us some lovely photos.

His assistant and the lady on reception were also so lovely and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. The service was outstanding from start to finish and we’ve already been recommending them to our friends.

I absolutely loved the experience — it was truly worth it! The entire team was wonderful, from the receptionist to the doctor’s assistant, and the doctor himself was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. I’m in love with my photos, my keychain turned out perfect, and I’m absolutely enchanted with my teddy bear. They offer several models for you to choose from right on the spot, which makes it even more fun. And the video was such a special extra touch that made the whole experience unforgettable.
