Had a skip from them this week and they were absolutely fantastic. Left it very late but the lady on the phone assured me she will sort one and she did so shortly after. They delivered it and placed it at the tightest of locations and made no fuss about it. No nonsense, just an efficient delivery. Then when it came to picking it back up again, it was just a great relief! As stated, the skip was placed in the most awkward spot where it was extremely difficult to get any vehicle in there nevermind arrange a skip collecting! Mike, the driver, spent some time doing a 24 point turn and sorted it! No damage to walls or the gates. Fantastic job from these guys. Very nice pleasant to speak with at the best prices.

Rang at 12am on a Saturday morning and a skip was delivered 90mins later. Great pricing, much cheaper than competition. Friendly and personable staff. Rang today for collection, and collected same day. Would recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

Phoned and spoke to Julie whom was extremely helpful polite and professional
Took payment and booking over the phone and by 8.30am the next day it was there as said via our telephone call
We filled one and needed another and same again same day drop off and pick up

Thank you M60 what a great polite and pleasant service .. called in the morning and skip was delivered same day got my garden & old fencing cleared in a couple of days and rang this morning it’s already been collected . Even took a bit extra fencing I’d placed on the drive to protect it . Thanks for an easy job

We had a skip delivered quickly, and when I needed another one they turned it around very quickly. I called them on the Saturday to notify them that the second was ready to be collected. On Tuesday i phoned again to see when the collection would be and was advised that the release wasn’t actioned until today and I was told it would be a further 7 working days.
Quick to deliver and take the money but not when it’s just a collection. Also they have broken the flags on my drive when dropping the skip on to it.
I phoned back on the Monday to see if they had a more accurate date for collection - the lady who answered the phone is so rude! She said "I can see you called Saturday then Tuesday and now today" I told her 'yes because your holding up the work now and I cant get other stuff delivered so i'm just looking for an update'. She told me it could still be by the end of the week, it should be Thursday. I said 'if you were me then would you order stuff to be delivered Friday' she hung up the phone. No customer service skills what so ever. We'll use a different company now for future projects.

The woman on the phones deserves a pay rise shes great.
Driver was quick and efficient pulled up put the skip exactly where we wanted it and off he went.
And we rang a few places and this was the cheapest too.
Definitely reccommend and 100 percent use again on the next project. 10/10 .

Customer Service this morning was brilliant from M60. The lady on the phone was really helpful in trying to gain a skip permit for a difficult position outside a house wrecked by a tenant, desperately needing to be cleared. I'll definitely be sticking with you guys for all my projects 👏
