Very helpful staff, proper distancing in waiting area, separate entry and exit routes. 35 minutes waiting for booked appointment but the dentist is extremely thorough and careful, as I experienced when he replaced two very large fillings. I expect the person in the chair after me had to wait even longer, but for all the right reasons! As I'm newly arrived in the area I can't compare this dental practice with any others locally, but so far it is on a par with my previous NHS practice in Scotland, and I was extremely satisfied with that.

Was told they were taking on new patients and booked an appointment to start treatment. When I got there they told me they can’t take me on after assessing me and charged me for an emergency visit only. Very disappointing communication.
