Wow what an amazing experience I had on Saturday Soul spa flotation therapy was absolutely fantastic! clean, modern, minimal, amazing equipment, fantastic staff and owner. I can’t recommend enough. My husband and I have bought a treatment bundle and cannot wait to go back. It was incredible just what I needed Thank you so much

Amazing experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner bought me the 'introductory 3 float package' which is recommended to get used to floating. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the place is run really well. Very clean and a lovely setup in the rooms, with a shower inside and plenty of space. They provide you with ear plugs to wear in the tank on your first float (keep these for future floats) and towels are in the room ready. Herbal tea and a sorbet are provided after your season which you can enjoy in a chill out room. The whole experience feels very zen and leaves me in a refreshed dream like state.

Just had the most incredible experience at Soul Spa. From the moment my partner and I walked in, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquillity that only a family-run business can provide. The staff treated us like old friends, taking the time to explain everything and ensure we were completely comfortable. The float therapy rooms were immaculate - so pristine they looked brand new. I was impressed by the variety of settings available, allowing you to customise your float experience to whatever helps you unwind best.

What truly sets Soul Spa apart is the attention to detail and genuine care. After floating, we were invited into their cosy sitting room where we were served delicious herbal teas (chamomile for me and peppermint for my partner), giving us the perfect opportunity to gradually transition back to reality. The whole experience felt like a pause button on life's chaos, and I've already decided this will be my sanctuary whenever stress starts to build up. If you're looking for an authentic, high-quality float experience in a spotless, warm environment, you absolutely have to visit Soul Spa. Worth every penny and then some. 5/5 stars.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I went for my 2nd float last week.The whole experience from when you walk through the door to when you leave is just so relaxing.Being a small family run business the attention to care is second to none.The float itself is so relaxing.weightless and pain free for an hour is just bliss.lovely clean environment and the tea and sorbet on the relaxation room after just top it off.would highly recommend Soul Spa to anyone

I can’t recommend Soul Spa enough. You can see the care and attention the team put into the experience. They have thought of everything to make your float or sauna session as relaxing as possible, from the friendly personal welcome, to the refreshing sorbet ( just the thing to finish). Floating today felt like I was drifting through the cosmos, a truly beautiful out of body experience where I journeyed beyond the confines of my human body. Feeling weightless and free, transcending into another realm of pure tranquility and serenity. It was as if time stood still, a surreal moment that seemed to suspend reality. With each moment bringing a different sensation, leaving me with a feeling of peace and rejuvenation. A blissful escape from the chaos of the world

From the moment I arrived I felt a lovely, welcoming energy, the place was clean and a beautiful set up, there was clear guidance on the whole session, a lovely tea and sorbet after.

What a lovely place, tried the infrared sauna first which is amazing and then the float tanks today ! The feeling of floating and letting the mind rest is wonderful. The rooms are beautifully done with a lovely shower and bamboo towels. Drifted off and both my husband and I came out feeling great.
Really lovely touch afterwards to be able to sit quietly and have a fruit tea and sorbet.
Have booked again 🙌

I got a floating gift card for my birthday. I didn't know what to expect and I was a bit afraid because I've got claustrophobia but it was an amazing experience to just float there for an hour. The owner is very friendly and helpful too. She explained and showed how does it work at the beginning. She made a nice tea and a pot of sorbet at the end. I spoke the other lady who was there at the
same time and she said the she prefer that place then the other in Brighton because it's more friendly and tidy here. I will be back for sure and I recommend it to everyone who has got tension in their body.

I had my first float recently. Being a chronic insomniac, a tad claustrophobic and a fidget, I didn't think it would work for me. It did! The floating and darkness simply draw your attention to your body and mind which, having nothing else to do, you soon feel compelled to relax. Being able to lift the lid of this wee, blue lagoon and turn on the light if necessary made it possible to do that, though I didn't have to do it often. And I have to say that after the first ten minutes of unease I just gave in to the sensations and loved it. A gorgeous shower followed and before I left I was treated to herbal tea and sorbet. Staff are so attentive and reassuring. Absolutely fantastic. I'm already looking forward to my next session.,,, Don't hold back folks - go for it!!!

Booked the floatation tank. The staff were absolutely attentive and amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough. The complementary sorbet was a really nice touch as well. Definitely a place to relax.
