Had vaccinations done at the surgery and as a result have had severe pain in my arm for 8 weeks. Been back twice and just given exercises to do(which hasn’t worked) and told to take pain killers. Trying to get to see a DR again, such an impossible task. Have never had a problem with the surgery before, but it’s terrible now

My sibling went in to get registered, but as their NHS number was registered under their old name, they were told to bring in certain forms. They did so, but the receptions were unhelpful and in fact downright nasty. The way they spoke to my sibling was completely unacceptable. Without knowing WHY their name had been changed, they proceeded to degrade them and tell them their deed poll "wasn't real" simply because they brought a photocopy, rather than explaining they needed the original article. Disgraceful behaviour.

Reception staff just so miserable - just a smile would help. Some people might be coming in to talk about very difficult matters and just a smile to put you at ease would make the world of difference. Doctors are ok, some better than others. However the online system seems to be working well for me personally at the moment.

A family member of mine recently tried to register at this surgery as they had just moved to the area. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and cruel to a vulnerable young person who was seeking help. Having read other reviews of the behaviour of receptionists at this surgery, I'm now very glad they decided to go elsewhere instead. Management should be dealing with these issues as they've clearly been ongoing for a number of years.

Oversubscibbed many receptionists two in particular are great and a credit to the surgery other receptionists vary one in particular is very obnoxious and rude and is letting the surgery down because of her atitude she has no bedside manner and seems stressed and inpatient with patients have observed personally and was shocked.
It appears that there are not enough GP's for the patients in area. The sugery runs out of capacity to triage on the online system!
But hey ho its the NHS.
Only two doctors on an afternoon surgery today so no capacity to triage any form of online forms!

A long time ago I used to be able to get to see someone. I don't use a doctor's service often and now I find you just have to fill out forms and it's done to avoid you seeing someone. Does not feel like progress to me.

I was phoned last wed. by the surgery to come to collect a blood test form . I managed to go down on friday morning after great difficulty and was told I had to make an appointment. After being told by the person on the desk i could not have it , I gave up and left. What is one to do?
