I really don't like leaving bad reviews but it's just not good. I had lash extensions done with jay on the 8th of July. I didn't like the placement to start with but thought maybe after washing them and brushing it would get better. It didn't the lashes on the right eye proceeded to fall out constantly, the glue on the lash was clumpy and made my lid feel sore. Only when cleaning and gently brushing when the lashes fell out the soreness went. I asked a friend if it's normal to feel the glue and she says when they're growing out, but she was shocked when I said id only just had them done I have not picked my lashes at all and I have done exactly what was needed but what a waste of £45 I've now booked in with someone else to do a better job. I've attached photos taken today on the 19th July so 11 days after having them done. I'm really unhappy.

Just been and had a lovely set of classic lashes done with Javaria, really pleased as they came out just as I'd hoped for. I also had a brow wax to tidy them up a bit which I'm also really happy with, thank you!

My whole visit today was wonderful from start to finish. Elissa did my manicure and pedicure and did a beautiful job and it was exactly what I wanted. She even started from scratch mid way through my pedicure as we decided it wasn't the look we were going for. She made me feel very comfortable and communicated very well that it was exactly what I wanted.
Abbie did my lashes and again was brilliant from the start. Checking I was comfortable and that the tape and pads used under my eyes weren't uncomfortable. Continued checking me throughout the session. Both ladies were great and very lovely to chat to throughout my appointments at natural definition today. Such sn amazing salon. All of the ladies are lovely.

Just had a set of eyelash extensions and Jay was very polite and attentive both times I've visited the salon she's made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I wasn't sure which style to go for as it was my first set of eyelashes was very nervous to see the outcome but jay has chosen the perfect style to suit my eye shape couldn't be happier. Thank you so much ! Xx

Jay is so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the treatments and open about the results they bring. I'm two treatments in to a course of six and have noticed a huge improvement already!

Absolutely love Abbie!! She is so friendly and welcoming and so professional. She really takes her time to make sure your treatment is perfect and makes sure you are happy with it. She did such an amazing job on my eyebrows (I got them waxed and tinted) and she was so accommodating by explaining the difference between lash lift treatment and eye lash extension treatment and she gave me a patch test for both. Really recommend Abbie. The salon is also very lovely, everyone seems so nice and the services are great priced✨
