Natalie and her team at “Utopia Care” are genuinely the BEST.
We had Natalie & Jayne to care for my elderly father for a few months. They were compassionate, punctual, efficient, trustworthy, patient and simply the BEST.
As my father’s care requirements became changeable the “Utopia Team” dealt and catered for his every needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we had daily contact/updates via live internet site which gave us an in depth visit report which was very reassuring. It was so nice to have dedicated carers which my father found really personal rather than seeing a different face on every visit like other companies.
I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic care company, thank you

Utopia's carers go above and beyond! Mum is so happy with the care that she receives - usually the same carer, at there same time each day. We are kept informed of everything, via an app, but if there is anything of importance, we are contacted directly, right away. It's a huge relief to know that mum is relaxed and content and that she is in the safest of hands.

Really pleased with the service Utopia have provided for my mum the carers are very understanding of my mums needs ,reliable and trustworthy and show a passion for the older community. Georgia was fantastic caring for my daughter while we stayed at Center Parcs for a long weekend. She was polite, punctual and an excellent carer. Many thanks, it helped us so much, will ask again when away. 👍🙂
