Went along to support my ex partner having treatment and the staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish putting him at ease. I don’t think the staff could be any more kind or caring, especially Jen who was looking after him the most . What a lovely hospital.

What a difference. Having blood tests done here now and the staff are lovely and friendly and the lady who welcomes you as you come into the hospital clearly cares about her role. If I had a space for her in my company I would try and poach her. Excellent service. Thankyou KIMS

Amazing service. All the nurses and staff are so friendly, thank you to Steph my nurse looking after me, she was there anytime I needed her and made sure I was not in any pain after my laparoscopic surgery. Mr El Gohari from gynaecology was my surgeon from start to finish he was great, he really reassured me and came and checked on me and most of all found my Endometriosis, the only medical professional to take me seriously. I can’t thank him enough!

The essence of a private hospital is to provide quick access to medical care for those willing to pay. Unfortunately, I needed consultations with three different specialists, and there were no appointments available for six weeks. The main issue seems to be that NHS work is heavily funding the hospital, which adversely affects private patients. It's a real shame, as we desperately need a reliable private hospital in Kent. The standard of service and availability of appointments in London are far superior.

I tried to book a private GP appt and it said twice payment failed. However the payment went out of my credit card twice. I had to chase twice for this to be refunded including once through their complaints department. Money now refunded and I was informed that complaints department would come back to me about the interest charges I have incurred. This still has not happened. I would not recommend Kims hospital to anybody.

What can i say fabulous ? 1st class top notch... I had surgery today from start to finish the service was an absolutely exceptional well done to the staff from the reception team to nursing team and the surgeon. Could not be more pleased with the service provided. The hospital was clean modern wonderful place well done all involved.
