My husband was taken ill this morning (25.11.17) and an ambulance was sent by the 111 service. The two person crew were excellent: very efficient, proficient, knowledgable and extremely kind and caring. They spent a long time at our home getting my husband ready for transportation to Pembury hospital (who were also amazing). We have been fortunate enough not to have had need of this service before so were anxious at the begining but we were quickly reassured that my husband was in safe hands. I would like to express how grateful we both are for the care shown to both my husband and myself.
