Andy is truly a magician! I went to him with the complaint of tight upper back and shoulders which I felt was connected to migraines I get. Not only did he sort that for me which instantly improved my posture. He also looked at my old pre-existing lower back and left shoulder injuries, which he vastly improved as well. He also managed to locate the cause of my migraines which have plagued me since my teenage years (I'm 40 now) and has shown me how to stretch the affect muscles which iritate the nerve so than my migraines will be massively reduced and maybe even go away completely! I could recommend him more, he's such a nice and open minded guy too! Thank you so much Andy!

I've been to several Physios over the last 5 years and Andy has made more progress than any of them in only a few weeks.
