I started working with Paul as my PT earlier this year. His approach is much more personalised than other PTs I have worked with. The difference is his detailed assessments which identify corrective exercises to improve strength but also stability and posture. Importantly this has also made my exercise away from PT sessions much more effective too. Very much recommended!
