Excellent care from the trauma and orthopaedics department this morning. All staff, receptionists, radiographer, doctor, were friendly and efficient. The Orthopaedic doctor we saw (James) was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. Great care on a Saturday morning and the NHS appointment wait was only 4/5 weeks. Thanks !

Went to A&E with a burn as my local minor injuries clinic had abandoned ship for an early dart. Excellent service, seen quickly and kind, friendly nurse deal with the wound. Returned a couple of days later as instructed to re-dress and same experience.

The A&E staff and doctors were super friendly and welcoming. We were there for quite some time but every 20 minutes or so, we were seen by a doctor or nurse, definitely thorough with their checks. Highly recommend if you have an emergency.

The Induction programme for new staff is well structured. However for a 7 hour day they do not offer and complementary refreshments. They state that they support the well being of staff with free breakfast, friluit and team and coffee all day in the canteen but not in the induction sessions for Nurses and Care staff. In the other rooms where the Doctors were training there were trolleys with coffee machines, sandwiches etc for free. Talk about support the 1950's NHS hierarchy of staff. Or is it they are just bad mannered?

The team at the EPU were excellent for my d&c on Friday. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. First time having a General Anaesthetic for a horrible but short procedure, I won’t be scared if I have another miscarriage now. Everything was clean and tidy and I felt safe.
Big thank you to the nurses, clinical staff, anaesthetists and the surgeon.

I received the most phenomenal care in maternity triage and the postnatal ward in Tunbridge Wells Hospital. I have never felt so cared for or listened to during a stay in a medical facility. The midwives were unwaveringly helpful and made me feel safe and supported during and after the birth of my baby

We were in A&E at 10.30pm Saturday night, initial care good and attentive. However after triage my 93 yr old father was moved into a side room with no communication as to why or what next, other than having a bed made he was left with no observation or communication for 2.5 hours. Poor communication despite lots of staff on shift.

Sunday afternoon is probably not the best time to need A&E, but staff were friendly and helpful. Waiting time quite long, but sadly that is to be expected these days. First rate treatment from staff who appear dedicated and hardworking.
