Yes it can take a while to get an appointment sometimes but name me a surgery that this doesn't happen at.
I've always found reception staff really helpful and commend them for doing a job when they get so much verbal abuse.

Its insane how come the nhs app its not allow to book any appointments apart of physio , request medication or simply send a message to the gp requesting a general blood test. Im partner its struggling always to call to ask for something. Always saying it past the capacity. His name is Vasilis. Mine in london they are 5 starts . Now that i move in here never will be on this practice and i will make sure he will not be there much longer. We been asking for updating his nhs app for him to be able to see his records and get appointment when he needs. Worst practice i saw so far.

To counter a lot of the negative reviews, the team here always work hard and I have been happy with the services I have received. I can't give 5 stars as there are long wait times for the reception staff but that's not their fault. If you're more than 30 in the queue they will call back. Dr gave me a prescription over the phone and I picked it up and hour later at my local pharmacy, nursing team have been amazing.

This is beyond a joke! I've been trying every day to get a face to face gp appointment, by signing into my patient access account. Every morning at 10:30 2/3 appointments are released for two weeks into the future, but this morning all 3 appointments were taken withing 15 seconds of me trying to make a booking!

There's zero point in calling up at 10:30am as you're on hold for over 30 minutes and by the time they actually answer the phone, all appointments are gone and they just tell you to call back the next day!

I'm in chronic pain with my back and I am in desperate need to get a referral, but nothing ever gets done and I can't afford to go private.

This is becoming ridiculous, no wonder hospitals are overrun by patients with minor issues, no one can see a gp anymore!

Wife called after being told to by 111 and the receptionist didn't even bother asking her name just snapped it was too busy and she'll have to call 111 again after 6:30.
Never available when you actually need them and reception staff are rude more often than not.

I actually put off trying to see a doctor at this surgery. Receptionists frequently take 30 mins plus to answer the call regardless of time of day. Most of the doctors seem to work part time resulting in a 5 minute diagnosis and no commitment to follow up with support. I have received multiple requests to leave a review however, so here we are.

urgent perscriptions are not urgent for them, called friday for urgent perscription and was supposed to be coming on monday and its tuesday and still dont have it, i said tuesday i get to another country so i have to get it till now, i called now this tuesday to get it urgently again but they still dont seem to get it, hope I will get it today because if not that will afect my health as i will be without them for a while….

I had a physio appointment with Malik Zubair at Bramleys Grange.
Resulting in a call from a GP sending me for xrays.
Following this I have been referred for further treatment.
Very pleased with Mr Zubairs prompt reaction to my problem. Therefore 5 stars.
