Lucky to get an appointment within three weeks here
I found a lump ! When asked the problem I was told earliest appointment was in three weeks time
Then to cap it all told to ring 111 who’ll advise me what to do . This place is a complete joke
Bring back morning surgery where you go and wait !!!

I was traveling in the UK from the USA and had a medical issue that needed tending to. The receptionist and the doctor were friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. I received excellent medical care with no unnecessary tests and was on my way very quickly at no cost. If my experience is representative of socialized medicine then I think the USA needs to reconsider its current medical/insurance system. Thank you to the staff for saving my holiday!

Tumbleweed blows down the corridors! This health centre replaces a very cramped one and I think they went from one extreme to the other. This is huge and echoingly empty. Staff are friendly though. Facilities ultra-modern.
