Iv left my review on here from my other profile..not good if u want to make an appointment instead u r told to phone in the morning which would b great if I didn't need a longer appointment at a time my support worker can attend as I suffer with chronic post traumatic stress disorder and need supporting when attending..Iv asked what do other people do who need an appointment but Can not phone 1st thing in morning and just attend..I'm on full mobility and care component.(PIP)..All my other NHS professionals ie psychologist, psychiatrist&mental health nurse are understanding and accommodating when it comes to me attending. Great at doing repeats and the last time I saw a GP is over 5yrs now...

It's good but hard to get a appointment if u can not sit phoning @9am to be told to come in that morning,,,I would like to make a appointment 1 afternoon this week due to suffering from Chronic post traumatic stress disorder and need support to attend...Iv asked if they do afternoon appointment for people with mental health issues that need support attending? They just say same thing phone in a morning ect ect..Great at doing reapeat prescriptions..and when u see a Dr there great ? but a failure for lack of understanding with people with disabilities plus mental health.

If this doctor offers you pharmacy first without a referral i would decline it, i was advised to go a pharmacy for a free prescription and i felt liked id been very rudely interrupted by a member of staff who i she said lete explain a minute and i i didn't feel i was left what i wanted to say which i suspect was a tactic to try and not change my medication when i said i had a reacurring infection and palm me off to pharmacy first when i didn't fit their criteria for their help the staff might not knoe the criteria for pharmacy first very well and it is a new scheme but unfortunately when the receptionist is palming people off to pharmacy first when people arent required to be there and one receptionist had the cheeck to say she didn't hear that i had a recurring infection when i recall telling her on the phone this Could of been a way of saving the nhs budget because they may not have had the resources to offer me the right treatment so i ended up getting the same medication that I've built a resistance to because it wasn't diagnosed and treated properly in the first place by the doctor on this occasion there was a previous occasion when my infection wasn't tested it was just treated instead so i i know ehat treatment is effective for me so ive gone private on this occasion the symstoms havr desisted but im still getting a test privately just to be sure instead of using this doctors i think it is poorly funded. Its seems like its more about saving an nhs budget than it is the patient healthcare lets hope things improve.

I have been weaning of painkillers for over 3 or 4 months at this surgery as I am addicted to them! Every doctor I have had appointments with have treated me like scum this morning I had an appointment and ended up walking out in tears. I became addicted to these medication because doctors prescribed them to me and because iv been on the so long I have found it very hard to come off them. I have physical and mental struggles when I haven't taken them. I admit that I have abused them because iv been taking them that long they don't work in the same way they would on somebody whos just started taken them. As soon as I mention my name the voices in the receptionist change and when I'm seeing by a GP I am spoken to like I'm scum it's bad enough having this problem I don't wanna take tablets but if I don't I suffer badly. After the appointment I had this morning I will not be returning to them. I will also be writing to safe guarding because nobody should be made to feel the way I have for seeking help. I would advise anyone looking to join as a patient not to bother especially if you have issues with addiction.

Back are the days of female hysteria here. Males that use the practice are genuinely sick, but women, gotta be anxiety even if their bloods are out of whack. Both my daughter and I have suffered this from them.

Had bloods done. They were all abnormal so told to repeat. Repeated bloods came back abnormal again but clinician put “no further action”. One of the clinicians is just awful. I went with a list of symptoms I have been asking for help with for years, she put on my notes “patient has come suffering anxiety” they sent me to a therapist. Had sessions with the therapist. Therapist says “you are genuinely sick get back to docs I will write them a note that it’s not MH issues” return to docs told them what therapist said clinician says “that’s debatable” WOW thanks for wasting mine and the MH systems time. Asked for a second opinion on bloods from and actual GP. Asked again and again they ignored my request.

It’s disgusting and they need to close down. Only decent thing about this place is Lucinda one of the clinicians but I think she’s not around anymore which is a shame

the most horrible doctor, avoid signing up here!!! every time I called they sent me to a walk in centre, a few days ago I called because I have massive pain due to sinusitis, I told them on the phone that I want to be seen by a doctor and I received the same answer, to go for a walk in centre, every time I end up going to a private doctor, it's pointless and a waste of nerves to go to this doctor, the worst.

Con: Very tough to get an appointment and when seen, GPs will only take about 2 complaints at a time. Any other complaint will require a new appointment. It can be a frustrating experience.

Pro: Doctors seem friendly
