This is a charity supporting people with mental health problems. They work with limited resources. The staff and volunteers are unfailingly helpful, polite and diligent. the support I have received has been excellent and was quick and responsive. I have often met individuals from the trust at service development events in the wider community and their participation has always added quality and depth to discussions. They are creative and take every opportunity to speak up for vulnerable people and clarify what is needed. to me they are champions!
