Joined Core Prescribing Solutions recently and it has been a brilliant experience. Remote working became essential for me to achieve work and life balance and CPS have been extremely helpful in finding an appropriate role for me and to make it happen with all the IT and educational support. Starting with a comprehensive and effective Induction program, I felt welcome and well supported in my role. In addition to this, monthly supervision meetings are another plus for the company to help review your work and give you feedback to improve with required training opportunities. Core Prescribing Solutions is a very well organised company. They have been extremely helpful with setting me up to work remotely which gives me a better work-life balance. They have supported me throughout my induction and continue to do so via monthly supervision meetings. More importantly, the management are always available to discuss any issues or concerns. I joined CPS as clinical pharmacist with minimal primary care experience (I had worked in community for 8 years+ prior) the company has been great at getting me settled in with an induction period that really helped to calm my nerves.
