Wow, words can't even describe how amazing this facility/program is. I attended here from March 2024-July 2024. I entered this treatment program with almost 9 years of sobriety, and I had reached a place mentally where I felt like I did when I used to get high. I was full of anxiety, couldn't function at work, and was a complete mess.

This place got me in so quickly, and immediately I was met with open arms by staff who you could tell ACTUALLY CARE. I've worked in the drug alcohol field for many years, and I've found this is hard to come by.

The program itself is wonderful. The group facilitators are knowledgable and I found most groups to be very helpful/interesting. The groups I didn't like were not a reflection of the program in anyway, more so a reflection of myself and where I was at experiencing them.

My individual therapist Carolena was amazing, never once did I feel judged, and she always made me feel safe. She challenged me and asked me uncomfortable questions and helped walk me through the stages of life that I was in at the time.

My individual case manager Britt was AMAZING AMAZING. She was the first person I met, and held my hand throughout the entire process, guiding me through insurance/disability, answering all my questions, wonderful amazing individual sessions where she provided me with many tools, and just overall an amazing caring genuine knowledgable person. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!! lol.

I had the pleasure of meeting individually with one of the therapy interns Chloe. She got me to open up about stuff I hadn't talked about in years. I will miss our sessions.

The community of clients at Inneractions is diverse and I loved hearing everyone's different stories of how they ended up at Inneractions. We all come from so many different walks of life, but together we were fighting the same fight, and the amount of support I received from my peers there helped so much. It felt so good to celebrate others successes with them.

All the other staff at Inneractions was wonderful as well. And I have to mention them as well.

Joe is the glue who holds the place together and runs a solid ship there.

The clinical director Loree helped me out when I needed it! Which I'm so grateful for.

Facilitators like Demarcus, Shane, Rick, Kathy, and many more I could name who are all wonderful.

Mike the case manger I have to give a shout out to as well for always chatting with me during smoke breaks. I always looked forward to our daily conversations about basketball.

Overall, this is an amazing treatment program. They are completely transparent about all financials, care about their clients, and provide more QUALITY/Personlized treatment then you will receive at "Luxury" treatment centers most commonly found in Malibu.

If you're struggling with addiction/mental health, then this is the place for you. They saved my life when I was in an extremely dark/scary place, and I am eternally grateful.

Thank you so much for helping me heal!

Inneractions is by far the best overall treatment program I have experienced. I can truly say I owe them my life. The program offers support and treatment that gets to the underlying stuff allowing for true healing, they helped and supported me to overcome my worst battles and opened a new path of healing for me and allowed for an environment to build a community and family. Lorre, Joe, Shelley, Rick, and Shane especially all hold a very special place in my heart. They really care about helping and healing people. Inneractions will always be considered a home to me. Thank you Inneractions, I love you all!!

Inner Actions were integral to me finding myself and my voice. I spent six months in their program and found their counsellors to be insightful and experienced and this enabled me to set boundaries and be more decisive in my life. Hands down, Interactions is THE BEST outpatient program. They just have the best team of facilitators in therapists in the industry. I was in treatment there for almost a year. It's what worked for me. I can't thank them enough. Clean 3+ years. ?

I have been at Inneractions for a few months now. It is a wonderful facility! The director, therapists, and staff are warm and welcoming. The facilitators are very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and place no judgments whatsoever. There are many, and ALL are fantastic! In the various group sessions you will learn valuable skills: what are your feelings and how to respond to them; communication; relationship skills, social skills, meditation and wellness, and other tools to manage anxiety and keep you sober. You learn to be honest with yourself and others, which is truly liberating.
In addition, the rooms are cozy, and there's always breakfast and snacks on the kitchen counter.
I am grateful for Inneractions and highly recommend the place!

Particiapted in hybrid group sessions as I was online and others in-person, and personally found the experience beneficial given current societal spaces. Being in-person does foster a certain vulnerability not readily expressed online but counselors/facilitators were keen on including everyone and did an excellent job of such. Sessions were kept to about one hour which seemed just long enough to get good insight without dragging out any uncomfortability. There was an influx of individuals during my time which caused some shifting of groups, but that may speak to the good reputation of the program and service being highly recommended. In all I would recommend Inneractions to others and speak well of it.
