I go here to have reflexology, full body massage etc. The lady is fully trained , a little older than usual salon staff but l like that. I feel more comfortable and she is lovely. Also very reasonable compared to others in the area. Thoroughly recommend.

Enjoyed my session here. Friendly staff and participants and very informal. Easy to find, as it's behind the library in Keighley and not far from the bus station. Access for those less able and loos for wheelchair users etc. Hope to keep attending in the future.

Great local charity supporting a variety of aspects of wellbeing in the community - hosting groups on teen pregnancy, breastfeeding, dementia friendly classes, art classes and meet up for those who want company or the chance to get out, food and weight classes. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms re available to hire very cheaply.

I had my 1st visit just over a week ago and a appointment today in another group for 6 weeks every 1 there so helpful no matter what your problem may be they make sure u talk to the right person do your not havinv to go over your issue over and over again like u have to do dome times which stresses you out more than you was .The staff here are really considerate to you as a person. Not matter ehat your stress is about .plus you don't feel alone any more.i eill go to every session so glad I have plucked up the curidge to go .weather it's for domestic abuse or bereavement.or loneliness what ever your needs are they will make sure you get it .well worth a visit please pay them a visit she were they can help you .then you make the choice you are not forced in to anything. Even chats with other people like you in thete Healthyer you cafe for nicd cup tea and a peice cake .
