Very aggressive and rude receptionist. Not SEND-friendly or person-centred at all. I was asked to call Waddiloves by our GP in regards to my autistic partner that I care for to start the referral process.

The woman that answered the phone was incredibly aggressive and shouted in a raised voice, demanding for me to explain how my partner was disabled - and when I did explain answered 'that doesn't mean he's disabled' and refused to engage with me further, aside from the tell me to just force them into mainstream services.

As someone who works in Education and supports young people and adults with medical and learning difficulties and disabilities I am absolutely horrified. If it had been someone less sure of the system or who had additional needs that was calling with the question, I cannot imagine the negative impact this experience would have on them.

The staff at WAddiloves have all been fantastic. I have 2 boys with different nurses and we have accessed other services. I don’t know what I would have done without their support through the boys transitioning from children’s to adult services. I couldn’t be more great full or thank them enough.

Worst NHS facility in the country. Horrifyingly rude receptionists, I cannot believe they're allowed to sit at the front of any building, let alone one that is a branch of the NHS. The receptionists that work here should be ashamed of their customer manner, both on the phone and in person. There's a reason this place has a terrible rating, it shouldn't be running as an organisation for the vulnerable.
