I called to book an appointment for my daughter. They were very rude. They didn't tell me the specific time to see the doctor. They hung up. So bad.

This is a worst GP I have ever seen in my life . They have been cancelling my srevical screening surgery for months now and they will never give you a closer date. From 13th of December 2023 till today . The last one they booked me for was supposed to be today by 1pm I just received a message again now that it has been cancelled. I will advice the public to avoid them.

I hate coming here with my dad, whenever we'd call for an appointment after waiting in the queue the receptionist the phone asks us for details and when we give it the they hang up this has happened 4 to 5 times, when my dad wants to book an appointment with a certain doctor they refuse him and try to make excuses and book him with someone else then make an unknown appointment telling us we made it when we never did, overall just horrible experience

Disgusting reception staff and management. So rude and intolerant of others. Have no sympathy especially the management. They even bully us, give us a death threat and then act like victims as they know their truth will be exposed. I'm changing surgeries.

If I could give these a zero I would. I've not been to the practice for over 20 years. I have had a really bad cist and was forced to book an appointment by my mum and wife. She called 8am and after waiting a lifetime and people putting the phone down on her for no apparent reason. Finally booked in for 3.50. Turned up at 3.30 only to be told my appointment was at 12pm. I called my wife and she was adamant that they said 3.50. I literally begged them for 5.minutes as they made the mistake but they flatly refused. No empathy whatsoever stone faces
