The NHS is definitely in safe hands if the young professionals treating me today (Saturday!) are typical. Professional, amiable and considerate they made my visit and procedure a positive experience. Thank you.

The receptionist with short hair, slightly older lady with glasses is very very rude! This is the second time iv been served by her and both times she spoke to me in a rude manner. It's almost as if she doesn't want to be there, maybe she should stick to typing and not see to patients because she has no customer service skills at all. All I said was that I had an appointment, and her response was "and"? She rolled her eyes as she said this aswell. Speaking down to me like I'm some child! Atrocious, I'm surprised she still has a job!

The consultant on the other hand is fantastic, can't fault him. Very pleasant and makes you feel at ease. Hats off to you Richard Hopkins ?, its a shame the reception staff cant do the same!

Went for a blood test. Young girl was training so had Simon looking out for her. My appointment was for 9.30. Firstly they didn’t have my paperwork. The young girl couldn’t print so Simon signed on. He then got pulled away by another member of staff leaving me sat there. After 5minutes I asked where he was and asked the young girl if she would find him. When he did come back I expressed that I wasn’t happy and that my appointment was 9.30. He then said well it says 9.40 on my system and the system is always right . I said I wasn’t happy with him leaving me there and asked if we could get on with it and he responded with “you are being difficult now” I’m not arguing with you and it’s up to you!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL ?

went down literally 2hrs ago got seen for 11pm had this white boldy man who was very rude and didn’t take anything seriously and when i try explain the situation he would stop me immediately this man definitely seems racist towards people who are from asian background

Very small but tidy place. As usual for NHS establishments, staff are very helpful and friendly. A nice day room to wait in before treatment. Lovely, overall.

I found the doctor quite rude and condescending. Spoke to me like I was an idiot. Will never agree to go there again.
