Attended the Brest Clinic on the 29th October 2024 and the service was exceptional throughout the process from the reception to dealing with the payment office. The consultant was exceptional as was the doctor on the ultra sound and nurses. Everything dealt with in 3 hrs. Would highly recommend.

Very bad experience at customer service front desk. On 27 July 2024, I went to pick up my wife from the clinic. I told them to contact the ward if the process has been completed since there is no contact with her, despite requesting them the staff at 14: 15 ( left hand side of the front desk) I was not given any information. She told me to wait and let me know however she attended other customers but totally ignored me. I later picked up my wife with any assistance provided by the staff. I could prove it through their own CCTV cameras. I felt very discriminated and insulted and on top those gossips were very much annoying.

What an amazing experience it was!

It all started with how easy it was to book the procedure. I was given a few options, but Yorkshire Clinic had the most convenient booking system.

Once the date was set, I filled some paperwork and returned it to clinic I patiently waited for the D day to arrive.

And it has arrived. After stressing for a month and panicking that my manhood will soon be touched by a stranger I bit a bullet and went to the dragon's denn.

After a short talk to a nurse (she wasn't extremely nice) I went to see the legend himself- doctor Puri. What a charming gentleman he was, I couldn't think of a better person to take care of my jewels.

Without going into much detail, the procedure itself was painless and lasted about 15 minutes - I know that in my dictionary 15 minutes is a long time, but it went pretty quick. Although 'I'm every woman ' by Witney Houston was playing on the radio, everything else was actually pretty pleasant.

So gentlemen, don't over think it - just make sure you book the right place!

My experience is positive, staff and doctors are very polite and friendly.
It's not the first time that I was treated in Yorkshire Clinic, as an NHS patient, and it is always a positive experience.

Poor experience as an NHS patient. I was referred here for a minor surgery, I had an appointment with the surgeon several months ago. They rung to book the surgery and pre-op. They had all my information at their hand and yet they brought me in for a pre op to be told they cannot do it, this certainly could've been done over the phone. The nurse claimed that she would re-refer me to my doctors to then be put on a waiting list for an NHS hospital. After 2 weeks I rung my doctors and they had no knowledge at all! I am now starting again and will certainly be at the back of the waiting list that I could've been on since January!! Genuinely appalling service. I am certainly glad I am not paying for the poor service.

Stuck up people that work here.

Was referred through Neurology back in 2018 and got discharged because i cant tolerate dyes. They wouldn't offer me a CT instead of an MRI so then decided to discharged me.

Anyways thought maybe things have changed? Nope! They are on WPA website that lists a number of consultants and every time you ring up you get told the person has left or either they aren't taking patients because they only want bigger jobs. This was the case of a back specialist and another referral.

Anyways i thought okay I’ll give them another go, been sent the wrong email 3 times. Contacted them to give me a call back but they didn't even bother getting back.

Highly recommend waiting time is a lot less then other places, its clean organised and very professional high standered working staff there ! Friendly Receptionists and guide you to where you need to be very helpful, loads of parking I would go 10 minutes early to find a parking spot as can be very busy parking area but not hard to find also parking is FREE, Quick referals there just brilliant Thank you for your services
