I go to this place most days as I work for the ambulance service, I have been to all the wards here and the nurses and staff are really friendly and are very helpful.
BUT.........
There is 1 ward in the Horton wing we're some of the nursing staff need to drastically brush up on their people skills and there manners because they are just rude. This is why I have only given 4 stars and not 5 so I will lay the blame for that with WARD 5

Parking really difficult for wheelchair users as there wasn't anywhere for us to park. How do they expect you to attend appointments on time when there's nowhere to park? No notices to tell you where to go to find any parking?
The staff in the department we went to were very kind and helpful. Thank you

Didn't hate it but our experience for this visit wasn't a good one due to some people's attitudes and appointment running two hours behind and no information given out by staff. My wife should have had blood tests and x-rays which she had to come back to have two days later. My wife has a illness which will not improve but that doesn't mean she should be ignored should be treated with respect and dignity.

A modern, well kept building that's part of St Luke's Hospital. Parking on-site is currently free, but make sure that you check! Staff at the door monitor and check visitors to the wing.
