A big thank you to the receptionists for making me feel comfortable. I appreciated their kindness. Also a huge thank you to my doctor for making me feel supported, listened to and helped me with my issues. She was also nice enough to offer me extra support which was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel judged or awkward.

I rang on 31/10/24 at 15.55pm and waited for 10 minutes for my call to be answered. It was answered by a very rude and a unprofessional woman who told me to call in the morning without giving me a reason as to why she couldn't give me a appointment for a implant she then refused to give me her name and put the phone down. I have had twins 3 weeks ago and have post natal depression. I feel very low and wanted to get a implant put in. ?

Lovely coil removing experience !
Even thou I arrived late due to parking issues the receptionist was very welcoming. She assured me that I’d get seen and asked me to take a seat. Both nurses who did the consultations and the one carried out the procedure were lovely and very professional. I’m grateful for the service I received today.

The place that openly disability discriminates against patients on the phone and then tried to blame the patient for the staff talking over the patients and ignoring their disabilities.
The place where you will only get medication help if you are fully able bodied and fit an ideal criteria.
The place where you get called a liar for repeating what they say a second after they say it because they don't like that they were heard saying something disgustingly vile!

I had been before and had a negative experience. But I came on Wednesday to get a coil removed that was not agreeing with me. The nurses were all so lovely, was helped by a lovely lady with lots of tattoos who helped me get an appointment quickly and really relieved my stress about going. She was approachable and didn’t make me feel judged in any way. My coil was removed by a lovely nurse called Abby who was so so kind and very informative about the process. My experience has changed my view on the clinic and would like to thank the staff who were there on Wednesday 🙂

Amazing copper coil experience!

I arrived at the clinic very very nervous as I have had a coil fitted before somewhere else and it was very traumatic.
Other methods of contraception don’t agree with me so I decided to book the copper coil and give the procedure another go.

The staff are very friendly and clinic is peaceful and calming, the nurse was very reassuring and kind when taking my blood pressure and urine sample.

Couple of minutes waiting and I was called in my the dr who was very professional and welcoming.

The dr made me feel so comfortable and the procedure was painless I didn’t even know the coil was in.

This experience was without a doubt the best I’d ever had with a speculum.

Recently went for an implant removal I don’t think the nurses are really trained tugged and tugged at my arm and didn’t even manage to get the implant out went to the gps same day emergency appointment and she managed to get it out straight away and now have a big mark on my arm where they was trying to get it out from bare in mind the gp took it out from a different angle and got it out straight away

I felt like I had to review because the service I received was second to none. Whilst I had to wait a while on the phone to book (a simple number queuing system would improve customer experience) when I got through I was greeted with a friendly member of staff with no judgement. I also contacted the team over Instagram to ask a question about my appointment and they were super quick to respond and very helpful.

The appointment itself was an overall very positive experience. I had an IUD (coil) fitted and my implant removed, and I was quite anxious going into it however all the staff from the receptionists to the nurse/doctor were lovely, reassuring and respectful. Everything was explained to me and I felt informed at every stage. I felt slightly nauseous after the IUD was inserted, but I felt like I was in safe hands at all times.

I was so glad I chose to come here over my local GP and would recommend the service to anyone. Thanks for making me feel at ease and welcomed.
